I have listened to it and MY GOD WAS IT TEDIOUS and ludicrous propaganda. VOA is basically a merciless assault on the intelligence of the listener, a non stop tissue of lies.

I don't have any evidence, only my own recollections from my time in Africa. For foreign news, the Africans I remember listened to French or BBC services but never VoA. No U.S. colonial history there, really. Maybe Donald will put a bid in for Togo?
