But Trump has said there was nothing classified in the chat  therefore it is now not classified  even if it "potentially" was  before he declared it not classified..not to mention that the chat was reporting events after they happened...and it's still unclear how the "reporter"  got added to the recipient list in the first place   and  I would not rule out foul play on that.

I think the classified / not classified issue will maybe not end up being a big deal.

The big deal may well be that Israeli provided intelligence was superfluously mentioned in the chat at all regardless of whether Mr. Goldberg eventually spilled the beans.
