proton Posted Sunday at 11:07 PM Posted Sunday at 11:07 PM Wont let you change the departure date where I should not have entered anything to none and then enter address, tried 3 times. Can you cancel it and start again?

No Thailand available for me Edit : see it now available if I type in Thailand manually, so the sorting of the countries is a mess, as expected. Nongplalai or Banglamung as city not available, only Pattaya, where I don't live of course 1 1 1

TheMysteriousMrTesla Posted Monday at 01:23 AM Posted Monday at 01:23 AM Surely anyone with a modicum of common would just enter the closest available location? Looks like someone won't be coming to Thailand 1 1

Burgo1979 Posted Monday at 03:47 AM Posted Monday at 03:47 AM I returned to Thailand last week. Filled out tdac online and put under 'others please specify' 'Thai Family' as well as my extension of stay number as i was returning with my wife and kids. For some reason this stopped me from putting any address in Thailand on the online form (maybe as my extension of stay number shows the address already?) We went thro the Thai channel at immigration and i showed him my printout, all was fine except he asked me for my address, which was on the receipt of notification in my passport which he then entered into the system
JackGats Posted Monday at 04:30 AM Posted Monday at 04:30 AM It seems that where the TDAC asks "please list the names of the countries where you stayed within two weeks before arrival?", only one country can be chosen from the drop-down menu. Can anyone confirm this? This would be a major bug in the TDAC since you can then enter the least controversial country you stayed in with respect to diseases etc. 1

Emirates at Airport Oslo asked for proof of arrival card. Went through priority line emigration with my pink card, no questions asked by emigration officer about arrival card. saw several who walked the opposite direction after being turned down, which I suppose was because of no arrival card.

Just type 3 or 4 characters from the country name and select. Then add another. 1

I did that just this morning when I re-entered Thailand - I selected the country that I visited plus Thailand, because I stayed in Thailand less than two weeks ago. That worked fine. 1

impulse Posted Tuesday at 09:26 AM Posted Tuesday at 09:26 AM Just another data point, I'm sure. I successfully filled it out in China, with departure point in China, residence in the USA, and countries in the past 2 weeks being China. I didn't get the email yet after 24 hours or so, but I printed out the page and also saved it to a PDF. No QR code. Just an "Arrival Card Number" with my name, passport # and date of arrival. I'll post back if I have any issues in China or BKK tomorrow.

The only option I saw was to print out the page, which didn't have a QR code. Just a number. So I printed it and PDF'ed it.
ronnie50 Posted yesterday at 07:05 AM Posted yesterday at 07:05 AM I'm outside of Thailand trying to fill in this thing and I cannot get into the section on accommodation. At accommodation section, all fields stay grey and will not offer any drop down. It keeps sending sytax error 502 and 503. No idea what that means. Tried Edge, Chrome, my iPhone - nothing works to get me into that section. I'm definitely within the 3 day window for arrival. Anyone else encountered this or have advice?

(and no QR, just a sheet printed with my passport #, DTAC number and date of arrival) But they were sending around 1 in 3 or 4 travelers back to get their DTAC in order when it was their turn in the queue. Most of the arrivals had their data on their smartphone screen- no paper and that was fine. Some had nuthin'. That wasn't fine. Though the queue was short just after midnight, it was very slow. Looks like they're still dialing it in. I'd have hated to arrive at peak time. The DTAC machines in the foyer on the way to immigrations had no queue at all, but they were off to the left and not very clearly marked, (around where the VOA's were issued).

Unfortunate, but I remember 2 hour queues before Covid. They've improved a lot, also at the taxi stand. What a difference! I got through just as my bag got dumped on the luggage carousel. So, perfect timing...

It worked today and I have the QR (which I will also print out as others have done in case they ask at airline check in.). I must have been making some errors in the departure fields and that wouldn't let me move on to accommodation. Still a bit of a mystery. Anyway, worked in the end - thanks.
