Trump decided to run for the elections because he knew the high risks of him going to prison. So he showed up and started saying some really offensive things that felt raw, authentic and really appealed to 50% of the uneducated people in the States. Trump was not afraid and told it like it was and he kind of tapped into this grievance and anger that had been bubbling up. Biden had his cognitive impairment issues in that debate. Harris was slotted into number 1 spot when it should have been someone more competent eg. Antony Blinken. She did a shocker of a job in the lead up to the election and was not a supporter of Bitcoin. She lost....

 

Now the States has an Economic moron,  Russian friendly, sex offender, former bankrupt, serial liar and convicted felon as a president who could well be pushing his country and others in recession or worse 

 

Hopefully more than 50% of the uneducated population will wake up during the mid terms and Trump will lose some power. Congress can then launch investigations, initiate impeachment proceedings; and basically pull this guy into line

I recently read a post from a woman who lived in deep-red Mississippi. She said MAGA folks there were still deeply involved in the KKK. They didn't give two poops what their cult leader did or said, their main goal was to "own the libs." Classic cutting off their noses to spite their faces.

Yes. White supremacy and racial hatred are deeply engrained in many parts of the US. Trump tapped into that, made it politically mainstream, and now pursues policies which please them.

 

It will not be easy to put that particular genie back into the box.

Millions that got money through fraude , and their families are cut off or are getting cut of.

That is a lot of votes to the party that now has 25 % approval .

 

Luckily Trump is working on fair elections , no illegals/non citizens voting.

Voter ID , less mail in votes/fraude.

So that should keep the republicans in power.
