Just tried it, for the first time ever, as it wasn't part of what I did while working out, and lasted 2 minutes and could have gone longer. It wasn't easy but doable.

I folded after 10 seconds.

 

Just on my way to the hospital.

I can lie stretched out straight on the sofa all day.

As long as the wife keeps me supplied with cold beers, and the tv remote is near enough.

5seconds for me ,yes an getting back on my feet is trouble 

Usually 4 minutes but have done it for 8 minutes. Just for the record I am in my 70's

2 and a half minutes, part of my daily workout at age 67
