Why dont you look up those deported illegally to see the cases they were convicted on and the outcome of sentencing and you wont find much as they are no available records on most all of them and the ones that are available show the sentences were completed, vacated or overturned.

 

If they were in the valid deportation category the facts would be available under due process and they could be deported easily, no questions and no objections. But when you have no clear facts to support that you lie and cheat and ignore your duty as president and thats not legal. The Supreme Court order is 27 pages long and even in the 2 member Alito and Thomas dissent there is no mention of Biden.
