True Move H Outage in Chiang Mai on May 22 2025

Featured Replies

At 1000 AM today my internet, voice and text message on the True network shutdown.  It looks it was a complete network shutdown.  I noticed a lot of people with the same problem. I treked to the local True Store at Maya Mall and as expected I heard "we have network problem and we will be back up in 1 to 2 hours".  Do not know the reason for the complete shutdown.  In the past I could at least make a phone call to True Customer service but this time everything was shut down. Anyone experiene the same and anyone know what caused the entire network to shut down

Cha am, same issue. Cannot even reach 1242 with non true line

Hua Hin was the same.

I ran into a Thai friend yesterday at Market Village - he was withdrawing cash from his bank, complaining that True was down and he could not use his phone to make purchases at shops.

And there are those who wish to kill off cash?!?!?

Having lived in a cyclone-prone area of Australia for a few decades, I know for first hand experience, when a "big one" hits, and electricity is out for a a few days, or a few weeks in some areas, mobile phones are useless.
