What is the biggest threat we face 2025

Featured Replies

I said in another thread: Conspiracy is more powerful than religion, and if you combined those to, you are in position to overthrow governments, you just need to feed the masses with what you want them to believe with help from fast social media and algorithm.

So I asked AI

The relationship between conspiracy theories and religion is complex and multifaceted. Some studies suggest a correlation between religiosity and a higher tendency to believe in conspiracy theories, potentially due to shared identity and norms within religious groups, which can lead to distrust of external authorities. However, it's also argued that both religious and non-religious individuals may be drawn to conspiracy theories for different reasons, and that religious fundamentalism may play a role in conspiracy thinking. Additionally, the internet and social media have amplified the spread of conspiracy theories, potentially affecting religious communities as well.

Google search of researches done, and surprisingly not much, but there is some results.

AI will terminate so many jobs there will be unrest unless everyone gets a basic wage for nothing, which won't happen with tax revenues going down

The biggest problem in the next 10 years will be inflation without question. If you dont have any bitcoin you are <deleted>. This is a wealth transfer from people who save in fiat currency to people who save in hard assets. A house in the US costs around 4 bitcoin now. In 10 years it will cost .4 BTC

You might struggle to withdraw money when banks fail and the worlds reserve currency is bitcoin. You might struggle to sell your gold coin depending on the merchant and where you are located

Im not even slightly interested talking about short empty values without any sensible value unless you trading professionally and can afford to lose.

I have assets sitting for safety, not for use. Im a risktaker in life in general, but not stupid enough to start on that roller-coaster. Thats for me personally, and whatever anyone else do, great, get filthy rich if that makes you happy.

I still doubt anyone here is usd millionaire in bitcoin at this forum.

Bitcoin is the same as real estate, only digital. It improves upon gold. Gold priced at 3500, and a bitcoin at 110,000, is not a coincidence. People are selling their houses to buy bitcoin, the ROI will be higher in the next 10 years than owning a home. Gold people cant be helped, enjoy your rocks but your children will be asking you why you didnt buy any bitcoin

It depends who "we" is.   Who is 'we'?   The biggest threat I face is slow internet, banking issues, crazy drivers, some made-up stuff, USD going to zero, housing prices going to zero, asteroid hitting my house back home...

If you have time to even ponder such a question, you are are probably in the top 5 percent of all humans.

I'm working 38 jobs, 87 hours a day, supporting 39 kids, 98 ex-wives, and I get 300 baht a day.   I wish I had time for this.

I was on the sub back during the Cuban missle crisis.   I was at Normandy taking selfies.  I was in the camps.  I'm in Moscow, Ukraine, Burma, Chinese camps, Congo, S. Africa, Brazil, Venezuela, Isreal, etc....    nobody asks this.

be happy you can even think about this.    OMG, I just remembered...if MaMa noodles go to 8 baht I'm ruined

If I had children, my children would appreciated clean air, clean water, hunting rights, timber, wild catched cold water fish, vegetables, fruit, berries, mushroom and learned how to live almost a sustainable life, but still close enough to important infrastructure.

Btc can never have any  real value people need in their life. You cant eat it, you cant hold it.

We for sure do not know tomorrow, but one thing is 100%

Everything above I mentioned, is the basics needs for having a life, not digital values. Digital art? Land in the digital  simulated world?

They don't match.  Your Op title actually is:  Conspiracy is more powerful than religion

You're going to have a bunch of people answer the question in your title which is "What is the biggest threat we face 2025"

Like me - What is the biggest threat we face 2025: The start of WW3 leading to nuclear war.

You are a proof of Socialism just being born! Without Socialism, your or mine chances of being born is quite slim.

America is built on Socialism either you like it or not. Now capitalism have broken it down for decades.

Well, it was in fact a view on how conspiracies continues to take more space, and also mixes with religion which I truly believe made president 45 to be president 47.

Without conspiracies and and the religious, he would had never won. My statement.

It is okay to keep the tread floating and open.

Everyone that has 0 bitcoin in the future will severely regret it. It should be obvious to everyone now, but everyone thinks they already missed out, theyve been thinking that for 15 years now. If you buy .1 btc now, then you wont have to keep wishing it fails, and you have a hedge for hyperinflation. Which will happen, and the world will suck for everyone, but will suck more for people that dont have any. Why do people here still talk about gold? Because they are old and cant adapt. Young people dont care about gold, there will be no market for it in the future

The use of AI will destroy society as we know it. Society is based on far more than an algorithm but many companies and institutions seem to believe that AI is the cure to all of our problems. It isn't, if anything it is the cause of many problems.

The problem with people is that they are just too lazy to do their own research. Everyone uses money but cant understand how it works. Thats why your wealth will be transferred to someone smarter than you who put in the research
