While there are domestic and industrial dehumidifiers, that one is clearly a domestic version and as such I have no idea of it’s expected lifetime

I have been unable to find a power consumption figure for your unit. However due to physics and the fact that the technology is well mature the only way it can use less power is if it is extracting less water. As an inverter unit it doesn’t have to run at maximum extraction. Mine does and is sized so that it needs to run at full power so inverter technology is irrelevant in my case as it is extracting from a 520 cubic metre space
LG is a reputable supplier but it’s built to a price
Do run it 24/7 and see how it responds, I will be interested in the results.
Otto 60l is the one to get, sold under various brands for around 2,000bht.
