The initial report was filed with Lieutenant Police Colonel Saichai Kamchulla of Pattaya Police, who noted the case and initiated an investigation. Officers are actively seeking the suspects to face legal action.

He solicited prostitutes. This is a crime, H  showed an express intent to access transgender sex workers. This makes him part of the the problem. And there are those who use the Koran and Bible to justify their violence.  The Indian  deviant was not in Pattaya in search of theological insight, nor was he a zen master. He was the standard issue creep who comes to Thailand to exploit the  vulnerable.

Some katoeys are there  for legitimate jobs. The prostitutes are there because there are people who will pay to engage in buggery and other activities.  The street prostitutes are like blow flies to a dead and decomposing corpse, swarming and spreading disease. In the world of  prostitutes  these are the bottom of the barrel.They are the ones who have reputations for bad behavior, so bars and  brothels won't  let them on the premises. They typically have infectious diseases, and/or a drug habit, and/or mental health issues.
