Win the most votes and denied by the Senators to form a Government!!!

Actually whichever party wins the most seats (251) AND can form a single or a coalition government Is the most important. If any party wins less than 251 seats and cannot form a coalition government, they lose by default, then the party with the next number of seats gets the opportunity.

... who's father was allowed to come back, dodge incarceration and openly manipulate politics, by their peers and predecessors.

But Thaksin was found guilty by the courts controlled by the illegal military coup that overthrew him.

If the coup was illegal, then every judicial decision following must be illegal as well.

We all know the Senators were and still are corrupt 100%

Oh dear. Poor Prawit. His party doesn't have enough sitting MPs to validate him as a potential PM. I guess he'll need a coup to make that happen.
