The car dumped on North Pattaya Road

Featured Replies

Has anybody else noticed it? It is outside Makro. It looks like a heap. It has created an impromptu motorcycle parking spot by shielding the inside lane immediately after it. It has been there for weeks.

Sorry!  I forgot where I parked it 🙂

Can you post a photo.

I forgot where I parked my girl some time back, memory not too good these days.

I miss her, she's not a heap, she's a chick magnet.

Here's a photo of her, let me know if it's my car🙏

I will have to confess I hadn't noticed and have probably been there 4/5 times in last couple of weeks including earlier this week......

Next time I go I will now obviously pay more attention

You're not alone. It seems the police and municipal officials (on the same road) also have not noticed.

They have noticed it but no money to be gained, so turned a blind eye.😉

Crusty to say the least

One has been parked in my Soi for over 2 years by a traffic warden who used to live in the Soi. It’s full of his personal belongings, he visit it now again, he has been asked to move it but ignores  every one, some of the Thais think he is Police because of the uniform and are scared to approach him,TBH nothing illegal about it but it’s an eyesore.

I actually finally noticed it today. However because it is in between the entrance and exit it doesn't affect me at all.

I noticed that car as well on my trip back in December 2023. I too thought it was dumped until I saw it being driven along Soi Paniad Chang during my last trip in December 2024. Or maybe it was just a joyrider taking it for a spin.

Nice of them to return it to the same spot!

I stay in a hotel around the back of Makro and walk down Pattaya Nua most days. I've noticed a couple of things with that car, such as a sheet sometimes covering the windscreen, which indicate someone is errrrr........ well you can't say maintaining it. Maybe abusing it less than would be expected.
