Also, i think you'll find it was the Democrats and media that used the guy politically by labelling him a 'Maryland family man', and preceeded to use him in order to try to undermine Trumps deportation orders. There was no scenario in which he was going to end up living freely in the US. Despite the constant gaslighting from the media.
