Trump wants to revoke the citizenship of Rosie O" Donnell, even though she was born in USA

Trump is a vindictive little twit who cannot control his hatred, acts impulsively whenever his feelings are hurt, and he's an overweight snowflake who is constantly playing the victim. And he is getting away with it! The level of tolerance for his nonsense, on the part of his supporters is really a rather sad, pathetic and astonishing thing to witness.

Unappealing, unattractive, idiotic, incompetent, hateful, hurtful, abrasive, rude, blowhard, liar, cheater, thief, infantile, failure, loser, fraud, sexual abuser, incestuous, tax cheat, insurrectionist, un-American, dictator-loving dictator wannabe, out of control, sociopathic, convicted felon, toxic narcissist & brutish A-hole.

Everything about the con-man referred to as Trump is unlikeable. He's everything wrong with the human animal, all stuffed into one specimen. And he is the leader of the free world. If there's one thing that's absolutely certain it's that this ridiculous experiment is not going to end well.

  • Another thumbs down for just posting the news. Can't argue with what is, and be against someone not taking sides.

I really want to see this moron attempt to revoke a birth-right US Citizen's citizenship.

I fully expect Trump to be impeached in 2027.  Dude has lost it.

Some of us have a thing called standards.

Taking up with a woman and her children with other men and moving to her home province in the middle of nowhere is a deal breaker for most.

Yet it's done thousands of times, and it gives many of these women and children a stable home life. whereas buying women, many of whom were forced into prostitution by sick parents, addicted to drugs , trafficked, used, abused and given STD's, is somehow better and shows standards? Having standards also doesn't include going after women that are drunk and barely conscious. Yes, some of us do indeed have standards, providing for the children we make, giving them the best chance for a future, and treating our women with respect, even if some of them are dangerous and evil.

As much as I dislike Rosie O'Donnell, Trump is a far greater menace to American freedom. He appears to believe he can revoke citizenship based on personal dislike. As far as I know, only incarceration for a felony can have any effect on citizenship. She can't have her citizenship revoked simply because she's disliked. Trump is completely delusional.

As you know Trump has passed an Executive Order relating to birthright citizenship. The Supreme Court has ruled in Trump's favour, in that judges in lower courts are not allowed to block his Executive Order (which basically abolishes birthright ciitizenship in certain circumstances).

“The court decision today means that unless a court certifies a class action within the next 30 days, the Trump administration can start to implement its repeal of birthright citizenship,” said Stephen Yale-Loehr, an immigration scholar at Cornell Law School.

Trump could pass an executive order, and whilst that could be challenged in courts, until it is resolved O'Donnel would be stripped of her citizenship, since the Supreme Court has mandated that the lower courts cannot stop Trump's executive orders on birthright citizenship.

Trump could also seek to pass a law in Congress to abolish brithright citizenship for a persona non grata. Seems like a bit of a major effort for the likes of O'Donnel mind you, and very unlikely of course.

However, Trump can direct government agencies not to admit O'Donnel into the US or to detain her and until such an order were to be challenged in court it would de facto strip her of citizenship without the legal wranglins.

Interestingly the fourteenth amendment applies to people under the jurisdiction of the United States only, and as O'Donnel is currently under the jurisdiction of Ireland, possibly an argument could be mounted that it doesn't apply to O'Donnel, though in the long term that argument would fail I suspect.

He can also put her on a non fly list so she cannot get back by air.

Democrats have done that in the past , so can Trump.

Wouldn't keep her out but restrict her a lot.

Absolutely not and I don't think I would have voted for him if somebody had offered me tens of thousands of dollars. I despise the man with every nanogram of my being and I consider him to be an absolute fraud.

Having said that I didn't vote for Harris either because I dislike her to a remarkable degree. As a Democrat I'm courageous enough to admit that unlike many Republicans. I think both parties failed to put up good candidates and I think America is in serious trouble.
