He may well have health issues at his age, unlike Bidens problems, a swollen foot does not affect his ability to function.

If one is 20 kg above a healthy body weight, that's extra work for the heart to do.

 

Cancer can also be caused by excess body fat. Lipophilic toxins such as chlorinated compounds bio-accumulate in fat, and some are carcinogenic.

 

"Food, Nutrition and Cancer" is a tome put out by the WHO, revised at regular intervals. It's surprising how many cancers include obesity as a causative factor.
