That's going back to things that happened decades ago, though. And Zazi, while he may have been planning to, didn't actually kill any Americans.

 

So as bad as Zazi's intentions may have been (they were bad) and as bad as Al Qaeda were (they were horrifically bad) none of that equates to Pakistan as things currently stand, being a country that is killing Americans (as far as I'm aware).
