The trial revolved around allegations by New York State Attorney General Letitia James that Trump, two of his sons, Weisselberg and others falsely inflated valuations of Trump Organization properties. A judge ordered the former president to pay more than $450 million, including interest, an amount attributed to "ill-gotten gains" from the scheme.

 

The Trump Organization entities were fined $1.6 million in the 2022 case. Trump was not personally charged in that case and denied any knowledge of fraud.

“I am also told by my sources at BLS that they are going to, you know, they do all these re-estimates over time. There’s a good sense that they may revise downward the jobs created by Biden by another 500,000 or so. So those are gigantic errors. And so I think she needed to be fired just because of incompetence,” Moore said.

First estimates are often revised (up or down). It happened under Biden when someone else was in charge, it also happened under Trump 1.0. It also happened in other countries (ex. UK GDP growth)

 

The only thing which doesn't change is that MAGAs always make lame accusations! 😆

 

When estimates were revised down under Biden, they claimed the Initial estimates were rigged in order to make Biden look good! And, of course, when numbers are revised down under Trump, it's because they rigged the new estimates! 🤣🤣🤣

CPI is consistently underestimated/manipulated to the downside just as GDP is overestimated. That'll not happen, of course, because he likes the lies that come out of those two sets of numbers.
