Lazada 7 day returns?

Featured Replies

After a lot of looking bought some artificial grass, looks nothing like the pics advertising, it quite poor quality. So as it says 7 day return did so but the seller has to agree and they did not, so I am stuck with this crap. Is there an appeals process? Bit misleading to say 7 day return but mis out- only if the seller agrees. Luckily not a lot of moeny.

Yes there is an appeals option.

Decent looking artificial grass starts from around 500 baht per sqm, anything less is just a green coloured carpet.

Have a look at Thaiwatsadu or homepro or do a search on the web for direct suppliers, and go see what you will get before ordering

Yes, happened to me sometimes.

The best for me was to call the help desk (Bangkok) personally (good English) and sort it out.

After that no problem with the return

Lazada is supposed to hold payment to the seller for I believe 7 days exactly for this reason--a problem with the product delivered.  We had a big problem with a tv we ordered.  Instead of getting a tv, we got a small package of stickers.  The sticker package had the exact same order number as for the tv so it was clearly fraud on the seller's part.   We immediately contacted Lazada and they sent someone to pick up the sticker and the packaging.

We thought we would get a quick refund but it took several weeks and numerous phone calls and emails.  The process should be much quicker--especially in cases like ours where it was out and out fraud and not a case of the wrong size of something being sent.  I think you can likely get a refund--if you keep at it--but it will be a case of your deciding if the amount is worth the effort.

The fraud sellers know that some people will not make the effort and others will mistakenly throw out what is delivered--which we almost did as it was such a valueless item, thinking it was some free promotion by Lazada.  I'm not sure we would have gotten a refund had we thrown out the stickers.

I’m just about to stop using them I use new online place that starts with a T if you have any questions or disputes I sent them just one email they instantly responded by saying keep the item and will re-credit it into your bank account and usually in less than a week the money is back in my bank it’s the most easiest online Service to refund or return items I’m done with that other company it’s just too many phone calls too much slow action TIT

Can you give any more clues please?

I don't know if there is an appeal process. I'd assume there is. I assume when you bought them, that this 7-day guarantee was listed. I've shopped at Lazada for many, many years, and only had to return one item - a pair of golf shoes that turned out to be too small. I received a full refund after I returned the shoes.
