Online Drivers License renewal online

Have had three  5 year licences all same office

My Thai parner said she renewed online

Can a foreigner do this?

Will obtaining a yellow book avoid 3  x 200km trip

1 Get letter from Driving Office for immigration from them , as local immigration require me to do this,  asking is insufficient

2 Then back Transport  Office return it by hand they wont accept post

3 Return for test no appointments offered
