The worst cities are run by democrats independent of red/blue states. So since these saps are allowing crime and anarchy. The US finally has a president who is going to take control in cities : what cities and for how long the sooner the better. And the Posse Comitatus act is not applicable in times of social unrest related to crime. And if these mayors and governors plan on sandbagging Trump, against the will of the people - See how that's going to work out for them.

He's right, the US is the country with the highest incarceration rate per capita, and is really high on the list of countries with the highest crime rates. Society has to change, more incarcerations is not the answer.

All say to that is drug users should not be locked up.

So of the G7 countries the U.S. is highest in crime stats.  So it follows that incarcerations are highest also. As they should be. The criminals are the problem and the solution is incarcerations.  So anyone that says incarcerations are the problem is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of.
