I logged on early today, 6am, got halfway through and it went back to the log in page, which then said Incorrect User name (my email address) and/or password. It still says the same right now. Anyone else having trouble please?

Just tried mine , lets me complete the form.

Just tried it, logged in, filled everything out, got to the bottom and could have clicked submit but I don't have a 90 day report due.. 😉

Have you filed in person after entering LOS? Also, turn off all security widgets.

Maybe the OP slipped on the keyboard?

 

If you've used the system previously, then you can just use the autofill option, after entering your passport number and nationality.

Yes, it is hard to know how the site is run. I know they don't allow VPNs. Sometimes they need scripting. Add blockers and pop-up blockers can also cause problems.

Well, it should, but I have seen some weird stuff in error handling. It is better now, but early on, if every data point entered did not match, you were sent back to a blank screen. It was easier to go in person, but my office only takes 10 minutes.
