Another Tragic Victim of a Broken System,Serial Criminals Enabled by Leftist Judicial Policies.

 

Another victim of a leftist judicial system & dogma who are hell bent on not  holding serial criminals    and potential  mentally ill,drugged out individuals  responsible.

 

The alleged perpetrator  — "who has multiple arrests dating back to 2011 — was charged with first-degree murder, according to CMPD. His record includes larceny, robbery with a dangerous weapon and communicating threats, according to court records obtained by The Post".  

He did a 5 year stint for criminal activity and was arrested again afterward "During the last  incident, officers said he bizarrely claimed a “man-made” material inside his body was controlling him as he ate, walked and talked, according to an affidavit cited by the outlet" .

The victim was  allegedly ambushed from behind on a Charlotte , NC train line. and heinously bludgeoned to death.

You bring up a controversial subject just by mentioning the the two tier media coverage.I don't see the skin color as a issue, I've grown up with it all my life.The left were taking a knee  for the serial criminal hard core drug abuser. Now comes the other side of the oppressed culture initiatives  ,a Ukraine refugee escaping war. Majority of  leftist have to choose between their

soft on crime agenda, a mentally disturbed in need of care individuals,that need 24 hour care (no sarcasm) ,  or the innocent Ukrainian trying to live her life .

I just saw news today that in my home state of Colorado (where I just was for 6 weeks) they released this dangerous criminal back on to the streets because he wasn't mentally fit to stand trial. This is so typical with these people yet they never learn unless they themselves are affected personally. 100% chance this guy goes back to doing what he did before.

As for this, there's really no solving this top down. People in these areas vote for these policies so what can you do besides move? I've wasted far too much time trying to argue common sense but they won't listen and it's their community they're unleashing violence on so at some point you need to just throw your hands up and go fight some battle you can actually win.

Most of the people who support these policies come from the upper class and never face the consequences of their vote.  The idea of being soft on crime makes life more complicated for poor people, who are the ones who deal with it.

It's like the motte and bailey where they use their position fortified by high housing prices to keep out invaders and then reign down deadly policies on the villagers below them.

 

This summer when I came back I saw a "no kings in America" sign. They've been lecturing us about democracy and then when the peasants win an election they cry out in pain and declare it a revolt. Massive projection from these people.

I drove through a small town and saw some "no kings" protest.  I should have stopped and asked some of them questions for the fun of it.
