Well, as Elite just changed the process, i don't have enough pages, or time left in my current passport, thus need to renew, booked in this week (Swampy)

 

Just to clarify, 

Birth Certificate needed/not-needed?
Old Passports needed/not needed (i mean ones from the last few decades, not the current one)?

Anything else except photos of all pages, form, and supporting document (Wise Bank records confirming address in English, Drivers License Thailand with Address in English)

I renewed mine not too long ago, l submitted a copy of every page of my current passport and a bank statement to confirm my address along with an authorisation form to allow the HMPO to collect the fee from my card.

And your photograph need not be signed if you have not changed much in appearance.  I have never had my photo signed  over the past 4 passports because although I'm older, it's still obviously me.
