Reading that DailyMail archive link it seems the sniper guy Sergeant Nicholas Ranstad quoted was more impressed with the shooter's getaway plan than his shooting skills.

If it was a left-leaning person killed, Alex Jones and others would be screaming "false flag". They are not now.
