The rest of the (economically developed) world knew a long time ago that guns were dangerous and consequently made it very difficult for the public to access them.

Unfortunately the US has yet to reach this stage.

The Ukrainian girl died because a schizophrenic was let loose in society. If he had had a gun he could have killed many more.

I don't think gunmen for hire feel any rage, they just want the money.

Single shooters too, they may be full of rage but many don't regard their lives as over, they attempt, often successfully to flee the scene of their crime.

Serial shooters, okay, most expect to die or at least end up in the slammer.

That's a bit silly, it took 2 months to arrest James Earl Ray who had fled to Canada, then England then Portugal. These things can take a little time, you know.

Not only owning one but being trained in the use of it. Not many "lefties" among military trained snipers would be my guess. But I could be wrong, they might all be card-carrying ANTIFA members!

Having said that I don't for a moment buy the theory that one has to be a trained sniper to pull off a 200 meter head shot. That's rubbish.

Agree. 200 meters is practically point-blank range for anyone with a good scope and good rifle.
