Anti-Trump riots are anti-Trump.  Maybe some participants are rioting because they don't think he's right-wing enough!

Anti-ICE 'rioters' are protesting the arrest and deportation of people living in the US, without due process.

BLM riots were anti-police riots following the extra-judicial killing of black people.

So, my answer is that it's far too simplisitic to bandy around terms like "left/right-wing" although, I accept that it's difficult to avoid in the current climate.

Hope this helps.

Such a phony

BLM wasn't AIMED at right wing politicians. It was aimed at cops who kill blacks.

Then why were they not just going after cops who kill blacks? Why spend months rioting, burning, looting and assaulting? The cops made bank on all that overtime.

And the protest was left-wing, regardless of who the target was.

Per the left, Mike Pense was the target of the J6 riots, and he is far to the right of Trump. Was J6 not a right-wing violence?

Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye. ... Matthew  7:1-29

Clueless, absolutely clueless.

It wasn't a political attack aimed at a political individual.

Regardless of what you believe the political ideology was of the people who participated - it was a protest - NOT a political attack aimed at a political individual.

To be clear, is it your position that for violence to be political, it has to be an attack on a political individual?

Thanks for the reply. Fairy tales, faith, nonsense; it's your preference but you're talking about religions and not the ideas within the above quotes themselves. The reason I posted the Bible quotes is the ideas within them are worth considering. Do you see any benefit pausing in life to consider through the wisdom of the above verses things like how you're thinking? What you're thinking? Why you're thinking the way you do? That's all. Could possibly benefit you and your future because they made you aware of a better path to take in your everyday life. That's all. Not preaching. Just offering what I see as good in this particular time of emotion, division, tribalism, ignorance due to the truth kept from us. Peace and cheers.

No one said that. No one made that claim.

But when the discussion is about attacks on political individuals, for political reasons, it makes sense to keep it within those guidelines.

But I understand your need to expand the goalposts, because under those discussion guidelines, right wing violence looks pretty bad, comparatively.

No. I never said anything about attacks on individuals, nor was that the topic being discussed.

We were discussing political violence.

Would you classify an anti-Trump and anti-ICE riots political violence?

If yes, would you classify it as left- or right-wing political violence?

If no, we really have nothing to talk about,

The fact is, the right dominates political violence

95% of BLM protests were peaceful.

The body count tells the story.
If you have facts that prove otherwise present them.

Hey I am from the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, don't give me the bs about 95% were peaceful. Hundreds of business's either got robbed or burned too the ground. Tim Walz governor of Minnesota didn't do anything to stop this violence against the people of the Twin Cities. He tried calling the National Guard in way too late, the damage had been done. Don't keep on posting bs that you don't know asnything about.

I read verbatim what he said I have eyes ears and a brain….personally in my view Kirk was an influencer he believed in what HE thought are Christian values I DISAGREE with his interpretation but then again I’m not religious…..bottom line the dude was in the business of influencing people .

You don't know anything about Kirk, you didn't even know who he was until he got killed. So what if he was an influencer, no different than you posting all of your anti Trump rants which you have been doing for years.

There were over 600 BLM riots, so if each one had only 100 participants, at 95% peaceful, that's 3,000 violent criminals.

Notice how left just pulled that 95% out of his a**

Yes. Jan 6th where people were killed or Charlottesville where a right-winger ran over protestors, the armed capitol building protests in Michigan (2020), the heavily armed Proud Boys in Portland and all the fighting and gunfire that broke out, anti-Obama protests turned violent at times, even the Biden protest led to confrontations and fights... if people protest for political reasons, violence can happen.

In theory, maybe.  But on TV it looked like it was aimed at sneakers stores and Best Buy where they stock the latest big screens.

Correct, the first involved thousands of left-wing extremists committing violence.

The second involved (at least) one (likely) left-wing extremist committing violence.

This sums up the left.

I get it - conservative's see anyone who isn't white as a non-conservative, but the protest began over outrage of a cop killing a black man.

Remember, The MSN told us the riots were mostly peaceful.

You're aware that the only 2 people who died on the day were killed by cops, right?  One was shot by a cop and the other was beaten to death (on video) by a cop.

Support and condemnation for the BLM riots were clearly divided.

The left condemns all violence except Israel's.

It's the RIGHT who only condemn violence from the left, while ignoring their own (and Israel's).
