7 October No Alcohol Day What is Impacted in Pattaya?

Featured Replies

I know the No Alcohol Days have been relaxed in tourist areas but does this mean that all bars in Pattaya will be open or does this only apply to areas like Walking Street?

I may go to Pattaya on the 7th of October/End of Buddhist Lent but I usually don't drink in Walking Street or LK Metro. If these are the only areas where selling beer is allowed  I may put off going until the 8th. Are some areas still restricted and if so which areas?

I also assume that 7-11 will not be selling beer but is this correct?

Thanks in advance for any answers.

Last time it was allowed in Pattaya city but forbidden in Bang Lamung so everything closed.

I believe it was just the entertainment zones as classified that got a pass on this. Didn't know the 7-11s did though.
