During all the time I have been in Asia....

 

I have never told my mother exactly what I was doing here in Asia.

 

What about you?

 

Most mothers love to have their sons right home.

Our mothers always welcome the blow-by-blow of our everyday lives, while we are away.

 

So, do you report all you do to your mother?

 

Or, do you, when writing home to Mom, write mostly fiction?

 

What kind of a son are YOU???

Mom has been dead for many years but she would guess what I was up to.  She was no dummy.  🙂

Given the age of most posters on this forum, I think most of our mums have passed on yonks ago.

 

The last time that I chatted with my elderly mum when she was in this world, she eagerly asked about Thailand and we chatted for 10 minutes about what I was doing and up to in Thailand, at which point she looked at me and said "very interesting, but who are you?".....

Yeah, she put me up to this saying: Son, go fly away to foreign lands and sow your wild oats there but don't bring any of them back here, so far, I'm on track as mama asked.

Mom guess what I did today? I met someone very special. She was so hot. And what an attitude. And no strings attached, just how I like it. So much fun. And such a body. Damn. So inspiring. I really like Thailand. I just cannot find this at home!

Getting married & divorced within 1 yr of, for the 3rd time probably gave her a chuckle.  So happy she lived long enough to see that 🙄

 

She would have liked TH, as lived surfside in FL back in 40's, when it was a tropical paradise, instead of what it's become now.
