I know it would be best to buy the real deal, but it is too expensive. I purchased my initial 25mg from Milo Labs and they seem legit, but who knows.... Now my Facebook feed is full of ads for it, but some definitely seem shady.  This sale of compounded tirzepatide is common in the USA now and I imagine they are all getting it from Indian labs.  India actually has the legitimate high quality labs needed to produce it, according to Chat GPT.

@ricklev are you looking for Thai resellers of compounded tirzepetide?  That seems like a tall order - have you given any thought to reaching out to Indian or Chinese providers directly?

You may be right.  Or, there may be ways around any such prohibitions.  
 

The prices in India are such that all things considered it could be much cheaper to go there in person if one were able to bring back a (for example) 6 month supply.

Thanks.  Good information!  I have contacted a couple of the Finnrick suppliers but nothing has come of it yet.  After 10 days on a 2.5 dose I am comfortable with Milo Labs.  My experience closely matches the 1000s of Reddit posts of people on compounded tirzepetide in the USA, where it is a thriving telemedicine business.

 

There is also a company (or a person) in Thailand called Uther Premium Peptides that seems to have a legitimate relatationship with a Chinese manufacturer of the same name and publishes their Janoshick Analytical purity test results for their peptides.  Their prices are not India level cheap, though they are comparable with Milo Labs.  They are active on Line.

Did you read the side effects on Chat GPT. I personally would not, or do I nee to put such stuff into my body.

It turns out it did not take me long to find tirzapetide suppliers in Thailand.  I ordered from Milo Labs originally and while I have no experience with it, my experience and minor side effects in the first month matched reports, and although I was only on the 2.5 mg starter dose my morning blood glucose showed definite improvement.   

 

I just ordered from " Uther Premium Peptide" which seems legit as far as I can tell.  They are showing verifiable lab purity reports (submitted by the Chinese factory) from a lab called Janoshek and have good open user discussions on Line (in Thai). Google it and join the Line group for details.  Of course they could fake it by testing real tirzapetide if they wanted to or maybe the batch numbers don't always match what they deliver.  Good signs though.   

 

The three seemingly trustworthy places I found have similar prices.  I just paid 4800 for 30 mg, so assuming a 7.5 mg weekly dose, about 25 percent of the cost of Mounjarno.  I am hoping a lower dose will prove effective for me though.

this is excellent feedback @ricklev, appreciate you taking the time to share.  These glp-1’s have so much promise to really transform a user’s life that the more information that is shared, especially related to cost (it is still unattainable for most in my home country), the better.  I’ll be checking out Uther post haste…

It took me some time to figure it all out so as not to be scammed.  Here is a good resource for Chinese vendors at 1/10th the price of sellers in Thailand.  Look for positive reviews in other forums and Janoshek independent lab results.  I recently ordered from JEEP but have not received the tirezpatide yet.
