I certainly have Sir, and I will find it and post. Why you would want a link to something that is commonly known universally; well, I don't know.

Ditch the press ups. Dump the pull ups. Throw the wights in the bin. Ride the exercise bike to the farm and leave it in a ditch. Use methods to stay healthy; like nature intended. You know it makes sense.

Myth!!?? It's not called the missionary position for nowt Sir. Some of the more puritanical observed couples in the field, not even stopping their work. They were appalled.

Sexual shame is one thing by the missionaries, but, whatever, it's soon new Year,, why not start some few hours early 🙏🤗😘

Remember to do your kegel exercises

Unfortunately, you need a tool to work with, and that tool steadily loses its usefulness as the years advance... and what you look down at might have lost its appeal... for any number of reasons, all roads lead back to the gym. Sarcopenia is a real thing, and even a vigorous sex life will not keep your muscles from fading away.

I'm not seeing any mention of age in this thread. Why are you people keeping it a secret? A 60 or 70-year-old can't learn much from a young person about how to train.

The most effective way to maintain muscle mas and strength as you age is to keep your testosterone levels high, which means TRT for older men.

Boxing gym up and ready. Bought a boat fender and filled it up with water, a nice addition to the heavy bag, that takes a toll on the body working on it to much. Alot more Natural feel when hitting the water filled ball.

My everlast ball died. So need a new one since it is also a nice way to get back in to it with its a little bit more soft tempo thing to keep up the pace for a few minutes at the time.

Boxing, rowing, skiing (ski-erg machine), rope jumps, and lifting, then it is important to get your macros right 🤨

Got a new tool for the gym, and also wild honey from Chef Damri, a restaurant in Chaiyaphum you should search out and visit. Took a take away pizza as well

Got my Ski-machine in place to now at my «wintergarden», and got some more room in my gym finely. I thought when started to plan the room to also have the threadmill up here, but then it will start to be cramped up here as well.

Now easy to do my 30-45 morning session when getting up in the morning and have some view while doing the exercises in a room with purified air.

First balance board

Then some variations of this

30 squats

Easy few Mobility Stretching exercises

5-10min rowing or skiing

Coffee

Protein shake with beetroot and chia seeds

Rowing machine is my favorite. Start the gym day with 30 minutes rowing. A steady rhythm logs 5+ km

It is greatest tool I got, and easy to get on and do 30 whatever you want a few times a day. Doing a little bit of everything now, but focus getting up my stamina doing some boxing sessions again, and less heavy weight training.

I can highly recommend this one from lazada

It is a cheaper copy of the more expensive Concept 2 rowers, but it does its job for a much less price.

Looks good, didn't realize others besides Concept had those. I'm fortunate I have a nice upper scale gym nearby, steam and sauna with nice pool area.

If I had a quality gym nearby, I wouldnt bother, getting all the equipment myself and build a complete homegym, but I would still have a rower home, and maybe the ski-erg. So handy to just get the blood flowing for awhile if been sitting for a longer period.

I done a lot of stairwalking early hours this morning at work

Stairs do glutes and knees

Not to mention cardio

Try 15 levels without stopping

When things getting "easy", you up the level a bit. 10kg kettlebell to improve balance and core muscles. I'm still a beginner on the board, but improve a little bit everyday.

Balance is one of the most important skill everyone should maintain the older we get.

And it is quite easy to do even without any tools.
