9th Circuit court allows the National Guard in Portland, News

"9th Circuit court rules on Trump's National Guard deployment in Portland".

I like knowing that the  chaotic protesters won't be violent toward the Guard as opposed to Federal Agents.  Its a big turning point in fighting the left normies /far left Anarchist/Communist /Socialist too. Protecting  the Agents and Federal facilities from the desperate far left agitators  that have controlled that area around Portland,ORE  is good news for citizens that have endured years of extremists political lawlessness.

Appeals Court Lifts Block on Trump’s Oregon Troop Deployment
Deployment can move forward, for now, under a preliminary ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. But legal wrangling will likely continue.

Lawyers for Oregon and the city of Portland immediately asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit for what’s known as an “en banc” rehearing, an appeal before the chief circuit judge and 10 randomly selected judges. And on Monday afternoon, a Ninth Circuit judge requested a vote among active members of the appeals court on whether to hold an en banc hearing. Lawyers for both sides have until midnight Wednesday to file their arguments.

Monday’s Ninth Circuit ruling is unlikely to be the final word in the dispute over the Portland deployment. In addition to Oregon and Portland’s request for a broader hearing by Ninth Circuit judges, Judge Immergut has scheduled trial on the full lawsuit by the state and city for Oct. 29.

I’m surprised this came from the 9th Circuit.

From link above:

“Some of these protests have been peaceful, but many have turned violent, and protesters have threatened federal law enforcement officers and the building,” wrote Judges Bridget Bade and Ryan Nelson, both nominees of Mr. Trump, who has portrayed Portland as a city in chaos.

Another activist judge overruled and this time overruled by the 9th Circuit which is liberal. If these blue governors and majors handed over illegals and upheld the law instead of protecting them there would be no need for this continual farce of the Democrats using activist judges to try and block Trump.

The court of appeals is a panel of three on a monthly rotation and the appeal was most likely timed accordingly.

The SCOTUS will have the final say.

Portland seems pretty swell to me.

Lots of craft brews, a free downtown tram, proximity to the sea, a rather mild winter climate, and polygamy is a way of life.

What's not to love in Portlandia?

Trumps and the gang outta go into St Louis, now that's a proper sh!te hole

A Republican activist judge appointed first term by Trump. And SCOTUS as of yet has not had the final say on anything.

Judges appointed by Trump keep ruling against him. He’s not happy about it.
From the National Guard to deportations, Trump has suffered numerous legal setbacks from people he put on the bench.

Still, in some cases in which Trump-appointed judges have heard Trump-related cases, they have gone further than simply ruling against his policies. They have delivered sweeping warnings about the expansion of executive power, the erosion of checks and balances and have criticized his attacks on judges writ large.

Rulings against the administration by Trump-appointed judges have come in some of the most high-profile cases of Trump’s second term.

Its a shame and quite frankly embarrassing that the Scotus lets the lower court judicial insurrection continue.   Portland police are never there to help protect federal assets, aka agents, property and safety of protesters ,it seems.

Have you ever seen or heard John Roberts ridicule the judiciary or the Marxist ACLU  who constantly file objections while Judge shopping. He's a disgrace.

The seal of approval"where local leaders fail to keep citizens safe"

Bondi is spot on here. Local leaders have let the protestors rule the Roost.

The optics are obvious. Example , In Chicago Broadview  detention facility they're been protected by the Illinois State cops. Making protesters stand on the sidewalk , instituting a ban after 6pm on protesting. I haven't seen any more bodies standing in front of ICE  vehicles either.
