You believe an awful lot of toxic garbage about Israelis.

You bury your head in the sand.

If Trump was behaving this way you would be carrying on and on about it. When it is Israelis in your eyes they can do no wrong.

You seem intent on attacking the messenger but give a pass for some for vile behavior.

How about addressing the actual OP.

Just pointing out that based on your obvious obsession, it's highly unlikely that your algorithms will be serving you up negative stories about any other nationality than Israelis.

All lies and absurd ones at that.

The Overlook Hotel is a fictional, malevolent haunted hotel and central antagonist in Stephen King's novel The Shining and its subsequent film adaptations

Is there any place livable in India?

I mean livable for Europeans, not for Indians.

What do you mean by livable? Most Indian cities are no worse than the likes of Indonesia and Philippines these days (and infrastructure is actually better than Vietnam). Smaller cities are pretty much better than the equivalents in Laos/Cambodia/Vietnam.

The problem is how you get access to any of that. India does not expect, want, nor is it designed for mass tourism or expat tourists. The average Indian does not go out of their way to help tourists as South East Asians do (though nothing different to westerners in the west).

Thank you.

Hopefully, I will be able to check this out.....someday soon.

Tks, once again.

Are you stupid? The hotels name is "Swiss Hotel"

10 years in Sri Lanka, and not a bad word to say about it.

Beautiful beaches, cheap as chips, and oh, the natural beauty of the place!

Gov't places treating you as kings, easy as pie to get visas, extensions, etc.

Only thing missing are women, VERY difficult to obtain, but otherwise, a paradise, IMHO.

Problem with India and Sri-Lanka is that you are constantly being over-run by zillions of people everywhere as soon as you leave your apartment or hotel, and it's all a sausage-fest with just dudes hanging out and staring, and no native women to be seen anywhere... nightmare.

Would be okay to visit as a single guy, but would not be a place to take the Mrs or girlfriend... hell no!

You are right. Not a livable place for broke Europeans, no matter where India for sure. I agree. But for those who have successful business or dealings and have a minimum of wealth, India is no worse then USA or Europe or the UK,  I may say, better in fact...no offense.

The visas remain a total hassle and the website looks shonky af. The Bangkok embassy does not respond to query's

India visa a hassle? You must be looking in the wrong places. India offers e visas up to 5 years which costs $80 and typically issued within 48 hours. There are exceptions for certain countries but all western countries are eligible.
