    Over the decades I have had friends or students born blind, with physical deformities, missing limbs, autism, Down's Syndrome, spinal bifida, etc.  I have no valid reason why these people should not be able to live or their so called "deformatives" "corrected" in utero.

    Natural selection used to be a thing. Then we decided to play god and enable things to survive that shouldn't.

    As for the cost, why not ? If you knowingly have a kid with issues, you should have to pay for it.

    If I was in line in front of you, ordered a coffee and then turned around and told you to pay for it.  Would you, the answer is No.

    Why would I pay for something that should have been aborted ?  Its not my problem.
