Yah, I was tip toeing, to see if I catch her on the phone. But her phone was on the wireless charger, far from her, whilst she was on the Ipad with her TikTok.

I wouldn’t be satisfied if we both sit in our appartment or house in the village, that kind of life is not for me, so we need a few projects and live like we do home going to work every day. Thailand have not changed that even I could live in any beach city with a proper sized appartment with view and every facilities needed around us, but the trut is, I would be bored there as quick as the new thing had passed. 

 

So what do you really want and what do you expect? Do you want a lady to work ?

Im from a farm, so I do know a little bit about farming, but it can not be transferred directly how to do things in Thailand, it takes som passion, and dedication, and Im sure some others can sign that paper as well.

Yes, she repeatedly said she has land in Si Sa Ket and can imagine living there. She likes her family a lot and wants to be close to her family.

 

I do understand a farm is a massive project and takes dedication and work. She has land though, so that would be a start. A lot of land, according to her.

No, her family is in Si Sa Ket. Not Phuket. At first she was insisting I go along with her. I even double-checked, if she's okay for her parents to see me as her farang boyfriend. She said sure, no problem.

 

But today of course things changed. When I said I could come to Si Sa Ket as well, she said "Ah but you don't speak Thai, I don't speak English, it's difficult to translate then, I'll be so busy".

 

It's just right now I'm not keen to go to Si Sa Ket, as it's a war zone and really putting herself in danger. I would much prefer that we go down after the fighting has stopped.

 

She wanted to go for New Year as well.

I think that's a good point. A bit of trust is warranted. After I checked her phone I had a lot of trust for her again.

Just imagine....  Its a perfect scenario really...   

... She has land...  in a nice peaceful part of the countryside (well apart from the odd found of gun fire from Cambodia but that wont last forever)... 

...  You could build a house there for the two of you...  a lovely little place where family can visit and she can feel at home...   Maybe her brother could stay and ensure she is safe while you have to run errands to Bangkok etc...  

... Of course, it could be a more comfortable place to live for her 'sisters kids' too...

I could write a few books about starting a farm in Thailand with western mentality, functionality and and Practice. Not to forget common sense and understanding as well building sustainable routines in Thailand with Thais as receivers.
