Which post are you alleging that I misattributed, and to whom?

This one. The comment about the Dominion trial was posted by @johnnybangkok, not me.

  • Its not even about what they cover most of the time thats so egregious. Its about all the crap they COVERED UP during the Biden admin. Failing to report news is worse than the fake news so common toda

He mentioned only two but specifically, and incorrectly, claimed Fox to be the biggest lying offender.

But that's his opinion. The same as your opinion is that Fox is NOT the "biggest lying offender".

Anyway, the OP is seeking unopinionated news, not opinion, so excuse me while I get off your magic roundabout.

Then he's not the brightest marble in the drawer, is he? How is that supposed to work? News is written by human beings. It will always have opinion and bias. Even AI is biased. How is he supposed to get totally neutral news?

Easy. By avoiding spending too much time on most all of the far left and far right channels that offer diluted or channeled news that's heavily tainted with disinformation and opinion.

...and spending less time down at the AN troll farm.

Even if you take news organizations that supposedly have greater neutrality, usually state media of some Western countries, like the BBC, they too are very obviously biased on most things.

I really think the search for totally neutral news is like  the search for a female unicorn.

I gave up on my search.  Wall Street Journal was the closest I got but it got to be too expensive.  I now use Ground News and try to read articles from the left and from the right.  Not perfect but it helps slightly.  I really don't know the truth in regards to many important  topics.  Immigration for example.  Is it as bad as what is being delivered to me by Google?   I seriously doubt it.

I didn't post that he cannot have that opinion!   You made an assertion of what my opinion of Fox News is...I did not state that was my opinion!

Good grief man, relax. It's a forum, not the FA Cup Final.

I'll check out ground news, thanks. As long as one holds the reasonable, middle ground and take the pretty obvious msm biases of both extremes with a (huge) pinch of salt, the truth should out.

As suggested earlier, it's not the news as reported by certain channels in their specific news slots that's necessarily biased. It's more about the sheep dipping of the news in the very opinionated and biased chat, interviews and non-news shows. Unless one picks up the remote, and clicks off after watching the news, watching the other dross may cause the less cerebral from forming their own opinion.

We all know we all read the Daily Mail, let's stop pretending.

Why should I relax on your instructions when you've been having a go at me!   You don't like the rational response, perhaps, well don't direct inaccurate comments at me?  God knows what the <deleted> FA Cup Final has got to do with anything.

Anytime they are all using the same verbiage in their story's, I'm out.

That leaves you with critical thinking, use it.
