Getting Xiaomi phone serviced

Featured Replies

Where in Pattaya is a credible shop that can service a Xiaomi phone?

My Poco X3 has a vertical line in the screen, so it needs replaced.

I called the official service centre on Sukhumvit and they don't have the part, or can't order it. Instead they suggested I go to the Xiaomi store and buy a new phone.

They must have a strange sense of humour, if they think I would ever buy a Xiaomi phone again if they can't repair a 4 year old one.

Redmi 14c 8+256 is now 2,070bht on Lazada.

Probably cheaper than a new screen on your POCO.

Just get a notepad. If you need to call someone you can pop into a hotel.

Did anyone suggest that you install it yourself?

Another difficult customer. I'll leave you to it.

Then why post a link to Aliexpress. They gonna install it for me?

...they don't have the part, or can't order it... seemed to be the problem. Now we understand that the problem lies elsewhere.

When a car ran over my iPhone, I ordered an original quality screen and took it to an Apple specialist to fit. 500 baht. The first thing he stated when he saw the screen that I ordered, was that it was an original.

Of course if you buy obscure products, it's going to be harder to find someone who specialises in fixing them. But there will always be someone who will give it a go.

Xiaomi has a service centre, North Pattaya.

On the Sukhumvit, heading north, just before Pattaya Klang.

I'm disappointed with their service, I had a device stopped working, they knocked it back under warranty due to scratches on the touch screen

For someone who wants help, you sure are a rude prick.
