2.  Hold in jail then take them to Max muay thai remove the referees just have cops that throw them back inthe ring when they try to get out.

On one occasion one drag gueen came out of her house with a chair, big scissors  and a big bag of drag costumes owned by the drag gueen who was sharing the house.

 

She sat in the middle of the street and commenced to cut up a costume (professionally made at big cost) into rags about the size of a bread a saucer. When that costume was totalled she started on the next drag costume. This laster many hours. The owner of the costumes came home to a big pile of rags dumped in the middle of the street.

 

Plus on several occasions serious vioent fights with large knives used to slash faces, arms, bodies etc. and more.

 

Police were called many times and they had to be careful they weren't injured.

Yes. I took a Pattaya hooker and three of her hooker friends to one of these male host bars once for her birthday.

They got quite carried away, things got very messy, they had a great time, but it did cost me 10,000+ baht by the end of the night.

Most male hosts in the small bars cater mainly for local women. Sure there’s a few that swing both ways but those are usually the ones in the gay areas geared towards tourists. IMO
