PROBLEM SOLVED - After your thoughtful comments and some research, off to Bangkok Hospital Pattaya. I booked with a Urologist with impressive creds. He gave me a diagnosis after manipulation, It didn't sit right with me. I insisted on an ultrasound. The ultrasound Dr. was amazing and diagnosed me with what I had suspected. 10K with meds, not bad.  It's not a tumor thank god and a big THANKS to you all for your thoughtful advice.

    Sheryl - Unless I am mistaken this Dr. does not appear to be available anymore, so your list needs an update? Dr. Viroj Chodchoy at Bumrungrad   - has treated a number of TV members for prostate cancer and other problemshttps://www.bumrungrad.com/doctors/Viroj-Chodchoy 

    Looking into this matter, so any edits would be welcomed.

    He is indeed no longer listed on their website. May have retired (he's in his 70's). . I will edit pinned thread. Thanks.
