If you are born in the USA, you are American

I wasn't born in the USA and I'm 100% American.

If you were naturalized you are also an American.  There is only one position in the nation you are not allowed to hold unless you are a born American and that is President.

I don't even care of someone born in a foreign nation wishes to celebrate their former nations culture such as Mexicans that celebrate Cinco de Mayo and wave a Mexican flag.  BUT I also want to see them celebrate July 4th and wave an American flag at any parades that day.   Any of them that burn an American flag need their citizenship revoked and sent back.

Being American doesn't negate ones history but it does mean embracing your new nation with respect.

Someone trying to claim prejudice where there is none. I suppose I will be accused of prejudice when I point out that the Korean community is mostly hard working, law abiding and a net contributor to the USA.

Look at her face!!!

What have her facial features got to do with anything?  Are black Americans not "proper Americans", either?

Pity to pick prosecutor. The US has too many people in jail already.

Hopefully, it will be just for the education & she'll move on to more productive pursuits of the law, pro bono.

How is "working pro bono" more "productive" then prosecuting criminal offenders?

Pity that your rousing embrace of US patriotism does not include an acceptance of the US Constitution.

Texas v. Johnson, 491 U.S. 397 (1989)

Argued: March 21, 1989    Decided: June 21, 1989

Primary Holding: The First Amendment protections on symbolic speech prevent states from banning desecrations of the American flag.

Your demand to revoke citizenship and "sent back" is therefore illegal.

I find the burning of flags infantile and stupid. I also consider the people who do it at politically motivated protests vile and ungrateful. I too would like the flag burners to get squashed.  However, I accept that they have a right to burn a flag as a form of protest. If they are a US citizen, then they are a citizen having the same rights as  any other citizen including those born in the USA.

Nonsense.  An individual making that "demand" is not doing anything illegal.

"Pity that your rousing embrace of US patriotism does not include an acceptance of the US Constitution".

Seems that you don't accept the part of the Constitution that grants his freedom of speech!  He's allowed to have an opinion.

How  is a demand to violate the US Constitution free speech?

Er...the First Amendment, that's how!   His demand is his right to voice even though it could not be implemented.

I am not 100% certain that becoming a naturalized citizen can not be revoked if their petition included lies or deceptions.  If they did not in their heart wish to be an American then hmmmm.  Maybe that could be construed as deception.  Don't know don't care I would like them thrown out.  I would not violate the constitution to do it and would accept SCOTUS ruling on such.

My point is clear.  Don't emigrate to a nation and then disrespect it.  Expect push back.  Imagine a Cambodian that got Thai citizenship waving a Cambodian flag at a protest and burning a Thai flag in Bangkok?  Ya think they would care if they had become a Thai citizen?

And Cabinet Member Robert Kennedy Jr. failed his Bar exam two times. He finally managed to pass at age 36.

What's your point?

Do you argue for the sake of arguing, or do you really believe that you have a coherent point to make?

The First Amendment does not grant the right to violate the  Constitutional rights of others. All US citizens are deemed equal in their rights.

My point was that Harris flunked the bar.

Was that confusing?

Tall, blonde, blue eyed, white skin

Obviously my posts have hit a nerve, I did assumed people would recognise the sarcasm intended.

What I have posted stems from listening to statements made by the likes of Charlie Kirk and his form of stochastic racism.......a clever way of making racist statements, but leaving enough wiggle room to deny any racism, although "Black women don't have the brain power" is difficult to defend even for his supporters.

As an aside, all my grandchildren are mixed race, which helps brings into sharp focus all aspects of racism; institutional, stochastic and blatant.

That the left seems compelled to lie incessantly about Charlie Kirk says a lot more about the left than it does about Charlie Kirk,

As is typical of the left, you just regurgitate whatever you are told.

I feel sorry for your grandchildren, that they have a grandfather so full of hate.

Please, for my education, pick out the lies.........

**Charlie Kirk has made multiple racially inflammatory remarks that critics cite as evidence of stochastic racism—where provocative rhetoric incites unpredictable acts of racial hostility.** These include comments invoking racial stereotypes, promoting replacement theory narratives, and framing racialized fear as political discourse.

---

### 🔍 Summary of Racist-Like Statements Attributed to Charlie Kirk

**1. “Prowling Blacks” comment**
- Kirk reportedly used the phrase “prowling Blacks” in a discussion about urban crime, which critics say racializes criminality and reinforces harmful stereotypes.

**2. “Great Replacement” rhetoric**
- He has echoed themes from the “Great Replacement” conspiracy theory, suggesting that immigration and demographic shifts are part of a deliberate strategy to “replace” white Americans. This narrative is widely condemned as racist and linked to extremist violence.

**3. Remarks about Black pilots**
- Kirk made a controversial statement questioning the competence of Black pilots, implying that diversity efforts compromise safety. This was widely criticized as racist and undermining professional merit based on race.

**4. Framing racial discourse as political strategy**
- His speeches often blur the line between policy critique and racial provocation. For example, he has described multiculturalism and immigration as threats to “Western civilization,” a framing that racializes national identity.

**5. Use of racialized fear in political mobilization**
- Kirk’s rhetoric frequently invokes fear of racialized “others” in discussions about crime, education, and voting, which watchdogs argue contributes to a climate of stochastic racism—where inflammatory speech primes audiences for racially motivated hostility.

Stochastic racism refers to the use of coded or inflammatory language that increases the likelihood of racist acts without directly inciting them. Kirk’s repeated use of racially charged language—especially in high-profile platforms—fits this pattern:

- **Amplification without direct incitement**: His statements don’t explicitly call for violence but normalize racial suspicion.
- **Audience targeting**: His rhetoric is often aimed at politically mobilizing young conservatives, a demographic shown to be susceptible to radicalization via racial grievance narratives.
- **Repetition and framing**: By repeatedly framing racial diversity as a threat, Kirk contributes to a feedback loop of racialized fear and resentment.

I have all the sources that reference these, but don't be so weak as to say you deny all the above unless you see them.
