That TIFFANY song " I think we're alone now "

Would suit your funeral better as you will be the only one attending !!

We can sing it together .."I think we're alone now .... doesn't seem to be anyone aaaaa round ,,, I think we're alone now "

A weak cover by Tiffany of a Tommy James song.

I would choose Please Don't Bury Me by John Prine.

Do you think this tune might have been partially responsible for your early retirement?

Definitely.

while controversially endorsing zombie ism, the devil may care vocal delivery was like a beckoning candle in the darkness of my career.

Disco Inferno. 🔥

Can't think of a more appropriate and fitting funeral dirge as your casket is slid into the celestial Easy-Bake Oven.

I think I like the Tina Turner version better though.

And as my soul breaks thought the clouds, there is "The Queen of Rock 'n' Roll" herself to welcome me aboard!

Beautiful music and equally beautiful lyrics, which you don't hear very often.

Day is done  Gone the sun

                                  From the lakes

                                     From the hills

                                        From the sky

                                 All is well  Safely rest

                                         God is nigh

Thanks and praise for our days

                                  Neath the sun

                                     Neath the stars

                                        Neath the sky

As we go this we know

                                         God is nigh.
