I personally haven't as I avoid the markets 'in' Hua Hin' for the same reason some folks on Gmap weren't impressed with food or pricing, along with the congestion.   I guess just ok if at local hotel and lazy.

 

For those prices I can sit at nice AC'd restaurant with a sea view.  Hua Hin doesn't do much for us, and usually just pop in for shopping and munch at malls.  Others may enjoy
