A NonCitizen who became Mayor in the State of Kansas, News

Featured Replies

Kansas mayor in a small town, facing charges for allegedly voting as noncitizen.

Non Citizens aren't supposed to be Mayors either which leads to a Bigger Question many conservatives have been arguing for years. Trust in clicking a voter Registration  box  as a citizen.

After the Kenyan nothing surprises me in cases like this.

  • I believe the 2020 election was stolen using 15M fake postal votes. Those 15M 'voters' never voted before, or after.   And despite your claim I believe most of the world agree with me.

In Kansas, a non‑U.S. citizen can be elected mayor, but they cannot lawfully vote or register as an elector. This creates a contradiction: while some municipalities have allowed non‑citizens to hold office, state law requires citizenship to vote, and the Attorney General has prosecuted non‑citizen mayors who cast ballots.

This is another scandal  brewing  for proponents of election integrity .

"The Kansas Attorney General’s Office filed six felony counts in Comanche County—three counts of voting without being qualified and three counts of election perjury.
Each charge is a non-person felony; together they could carry a sentence of more than five years in prison".

yeah.  A mayor is NOT a federal office.  Geez.  never thought about such things growing up in the 1960s and in our high school civics class in the 1970s.

or the Guyana  foreign national. This is what the radical dems want for America.

Ian Roberts is the former superintendent of the Des Moines Public Schools .

google ai overview:

"Arrest and Charges: Roberts was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on September 26, 2025. Authorities allege he is a citizen of Guyana who entered the U.S. on a student visa that expired in 2004, has had no work authorization since late 2020, and was issued a final order of removal in May 2024. He was indicted on charges of possessing a firearm as an illegal alien and making a false statement for employment, to which he has pleaded not guilty

Apparently, including the belief that Obama was born in Kenya. He probably believes the 2020 election was stolen, too. Just kidding. Nobody at this late date could still subscribe to that piece of lunacy.

Wow ...he sounds positively presidential.

None of the news sources say if he's Republican or Democrat so I would wager that he's Republican... If he was a Democrat it would be in all the headlines

I believe that you''ll believe anything including the nonsense you just posted just so long as it supports your biases. And thanks for not providing links to corroborate your claim. If your standards for evidence were any lower...well, come to think it, I don't see how they could be.

I don't believe in man made climate change, or that any natural changes can be stopped with carbon taxes.

I don't believe in vaccination for flu or COVID.

I don't believe multi culturalism enriches white civilization.

So clearly I don't believe anything.

Clearly, you don't understand that you'll believe anything. So long as it's blatantly false or dubious.

Forum posters appear to agree with me 3:1 at the moment.

Maybe time to use your email downvoting conspiracy to get more downvotes on your side!

Now you're demonstrating your cluelessness about how valid polling works. The  depths of your lack of knowledge are still unplumbed.

Socialist policies,

Everyone must have ID cards and use them for every transaction, except when voting.

No I'm a Marxist, more interested in redistribution of land to the people.

"In large part, our system right now is based on trust," Kobach told the press last week. "Trust that when the person signs the registration or signs the poll books saying that he’s a qualified elector or that he is a United States citizen, that the person is telling the truth. In this case, we allege that Mr. Ceballos violated that trust."

Millions & Millions came in and crossed  the US border illegally. A system dependant on law & order demands the progressives cease & desist with their support & attempt at helping foreign nationals in  flooding my country who abuse laws especially federal immigration ones .

I like the fact the Kansas State Secretary let the accused be elected first . It probably would of been looked upon as another  scandalous act by the right (by the left & their propaganda machine)  if they intervened in the election process.

For 25 years this guy lived a lie in the USA. A. snap shot of his signed voting registration.

And I'm sure you believe Biden got over 81 million votes in the 2020 election 🙄

What's said is that this comment of yours makes me suspect you don't.

I disagree with everything and anything I disagree with.  I'm consistent.

In 2015, Kobach received from the legislature and the governor the right to prosecute cases of voter fraud, after claiming for four years that Kansas had a massive problem of voter fraud that the local and state prosecutors were not adequately addressing. At that time, he "said he had identified more than 100 possible cases of double voting." Testifying during hearings on the bill, questioned by Rep. John Carmichael, Kobach was unable to cite a single other state that gives its secretary of state such authority.[153] By February 7, 2017, Kobach had filed nine cases and obtained six convictions. All were regarding cases of double voting; none would have been prevented by voter ID laws.[154][104][155] One case was dropped while two more remained pending. All six convictions involved older citizens, including four white Republican men and one woman, who were unaware that they had done anything wrong.[156]

If you read the articles, the game has changed starting in 2025 now that the states have access to the federal databases that allow them to see who is a citizen and who isn't.

Before Trump, the federal gub'ment didn't allow states to access those databases.  I wonder why?

I'm forecasting a lot more cases going forward.  'Cept in Blue states where they want to let the non citizens vote.

Maybe because they're not big fans of the kind of government imagined by George Orwell in 1984?

Some people who claim to fear the power of big government have awfully convenient standards.
