🏏 Men’s Health Breakfast and The Ashes First Ball
A morning that brings health, community, and cricket together.

Join us for a relaxed and valuable Men’s Health event hosted by The Australian-Thai Chamber of Commerce (AustCham Thailand) and the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BCCT). Enjoy breakfast, a short and practical health talk, and then stay to watch the first ball of the Ashes live from Australia.

It is a great chance to bring colleagues, clients, friends, or even fathers and sons to an environment where men’s health can be discussed openly and comfortably.

HealthDeliver was proud to support last week’s Men’s Health event together with AustCham Thailand and the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand. It was a great morning centred on an important conversation about men’s wellbeing, followed by the excitement of the first ball of the Ashes.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped create such a positive atmosphere. Events like this highlight how important it is for men to take their health seriously, especially when many common conditions can be prevented or managed early with simple checkups.

Why regular men’s health checkups matter

• Many health issues such as high cholesterol, hypertension, diabetes and prostate concerns show very few early symptoms.
• Early screening can prevent long-term complications and reduce medical costs.
• Routine blood tests help track key markers including heart health, liver and kidney function, hormone balance and vitamin levels.
• Mental health is just as important as physical wellbeing. Early conversations and regular support improve long-term outcomes.
• Busy schedules and stress often make men delay care, which increases risks over time.

Simple steps that strengthen men’s long-term health

• Book an annual full health checkup to stay ahead of potential issues.
• Monitor blood pressure, weight and sleep. Small changes can give early warning signals.
• Stay active with routines you enjoy and can maintain each week.
• Prioritise mental wellbeing, whether through conversations, coaching or lifestyle adjustments.
• Listen to your body. If something feels different or persistent, get it checked early.

At HealthDeliver, we make men’s healthcare easier with convenient clinic locations across Bangkok, personalised telehealth, and in-home services for checkups and blood tests. Our patient experience team is here to guide you to the right package and help you stay on top of your health in a simple, practical way.

If you have questions or would like support planning your next checkup, you can message us anytime.
