Jumping off a balcony is never a good idea regardless of the height, whether it's a second floor or 6th floor it's going to result in great bodily damage or death. Dumb and dumber.

Come on. Nobody jumps off a balcony after smoking cannabis. I'd be too lazy even to stand up, let alone walk to the balcony.
Ketamine, on the other hand, made him feel unstoppable—like a powerful dragon horseand in that burst of energy, he just leapt from the balcony.
