Follow the Sukhumvit to the end.

As you get to the end (narrowest point in Thailand) it follows the coast.

Ha ha, yes, it narrows heading down the peninsular.

I read somewhere that the Thai, Cambodia border is the narrowest.

Do know if this is true?

The Mynamar, Thai border looks much wider.

Yes Thai Cambodia boarder is the narrowest just before the boarder, at the end of Highway 3, that runs from there to Bangkok.

If you do go to the narrowest part of Thailand, then you could try out your driving skills on Koh Chang. But as said for how long ??

Walkabout Wayne is getting tired of traveling around Thailand and is becoming a miserable expat.

Give it a bit more time, Harrisfan.

That will be you too soon.

Enjoy it while it lasts.

You think you're immune?

Just wait and see.

Misery is infectious by the way.
Like viruses.

How long you going to? Love to Hug the beaches down to chumming, continue to Rayong, might take to boat to Koh Phayam, back to Rayong, continue south directly to Krabi, drive over to Koh Phangan, and back home via Khan Krachan to  Suan Phueng and Kanchanaburi. Erowan and directly over the mountains to Sukothai and back home via Highway 12 Petchabun and Loei.

Have a good trip
