Except from a healthy normal diet, it is so many things you could take. I have now limited it to be protein, creatin, omega 3, Turmeric curcumin, and now will be trying Maca for first time when it will arrive.

That should be it, because I do have quite a balanced diet between meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, rice,

I tried Maca. I took it for 2 months. Seemed useless.

Maybe it has some vitamins ... I don't know. May be an over-rated supplement.

As said, it is to much on the marked to even think about it, but I have learned, if you take something that is harmless, you also do other things for your health that can benefit your progression. Placebo is important.

The other supplements I have long experience with, and you can not feel the omega, the turmeric either.

Just eat ‘proper’ whole foods—organic if poss—butter/ghee, good oils etc (NO SUGAR) and supplement the likes of good quality magnesium, zinc and B vitamins if you think you’re missing out.
Avoid lower end maca. If it’s 100 baht it’s got colouring and also sorts of other non-beneficial gunk in it. Get a good one from Japan or off iHerb.
