ok..... are you in Thailand on a visa ?     Stop with all the fancy words like marxist ideology and Maga playbook.   Its all way beyond your capacity to debate the issues with someone like mikeymike.  that's why you avoid the real issues and resort to the thmbs down attacks   hahaha

Answer a simple question.  If you are in Thailand legally ,  how so ?   Since Biden let them  all in and gave them lots of goodies..... why can't we all do that here?    Surely you would advocate that

Next deflection ,bs of yours will be that 15 million or so people that crossed the border into US are there legally.....having obtained permission from Dept of Immigration.    And all did so under Rupublican policies.

I'm always happy to answer questions posed by fellow forum community members as long as they're intelligent questions posed by guys that are not lost in dogma and supporting every single policy of a circus clown.

Have you ever heard of the long-term visa, perhaps, no? Okay.

Why oh why do leftists keep intentiinally conflating legal and illegal migration to make false points? Can they really be that dense?

  • Every in  the USA who is not legally here should be removed immediately like they do in Thailand

  • Not all, it's largely about racism.

Then you should understand that following immigration laws will keep you from being deported, including crossing the border legally and documented, otherwise you’re an illegal.

hahha  still no answer .    just blabber blabber

answer :  yes, i follow the rules and have a visa

or.....

no:  why should i get a visa.  everywhere people should be able to cross borders, work, collect free money without permission.   its called diversity .

note:  you are being heavily outnumbered on this topic (which is ALWAYS really the same tired topic .)   loser cries and cries. throws tantrum,  calls people names.    Maybe its you that are not being intelligent ?    just a thought  .  You don't have green hair and scream at cops a lot.... do you ?

Totally agree.  if there's a labour shortage then get the relevant visa processes sorted.  Like what they do in Thailand and most other countries.

They have been trying to reform the immigration system for decades now, and they have failed, so there's a reason why there's so many illegal immigrants in the US performing labor for big corporations. They can't get them to work legally, they can't get them a visa. All the quotas are filled up, and it's ridiculously difficult to get visas for laborers in the US. You need to research that kind of thing before you begin throwing out silly presumptions like let's get the relevant visa.

Saint Donald. Total revisionist history, a complete reformation of his entire career, and a total erasure of his past crimes, moral terpitude, and a total and complete willingness to overlook a lifetime of moral bankruptcy.

I do have some friends that will come right out and say the man is a butthead, he's an idiot, and he's an absolute clown, but I like his policies. Those are the Republicans I admire.

With many people, once they got attached to a theory, it was hard to get them detached. They’d screen out unhelpful facts, invent favorable ones, and ignore contradictions in their own claims. Look at those Sandy Hook, multiple fraud convictions, and Jan. 6th truthers, babbling about false flags and crisis actors and all the rest. When people were motivated enough to believe something, they were going to believe it no matter what. There was no such thing as a bridge too far.

Your entire post is the very thing you accuse others of: a hysterical, evidence-free rant that ignores the actual topic (immigration) to scream “Saint Donald” at people who simply looked at the scoreboard and voted.Nobody is revising history.

Everyone knows the convictions, the bankruptcies, the ego, etc
They just decided that:

10 million illegal crossings in four years

record fentanyl deaths

cities turning into migrant camps

wages crushed in construction and hospitality

cartels running wild

…outweigh all of that personal baggage. That’s not cult worship.
That’s adults making a cold calculation that open borders hurt them more than Trump’s character ever could. You call it “moral bankruptcy.”
They call it protecting their families, jobs, and country. If you want to talk immigration policy, bring data.
If you just came to virtue-signal and fling “butthead” insults, congratulations—you’re the one detached from reality here.

Back to the topic, or take the sermon elsewhere.

Nothing about Miller is reasonable He is vile and evil. Reinhard Heydrich 2.0.

Walz has his hands full now, hope he gets sacked. Mayor Frey in Minneapolis sucks up to them, he is an idiot and needs to go, but he is the lessor of two evils, the Somalian that ran against him looks like he came right off of a Pirate boat.

Absolute nonsense.

Labeling Trump and Miller "white supremacists" is lazy hyperbole, not evidence.

Trump's policies targeted illegal immigration and security threats, not race—echoed by diverse supporters.

Miller, a Jewish American, pushed merit-based reforms, hardly fitting the anti-Semitic white supremacist mold. Real racism needs facts, not partisan smears.

Miller separated babies from their parents and forgot to write down their names. Trump just called Somali-Americans garbage. Try to sell your racist lies elsewhere.

Worse than garbage. Stole >$Billion dollars from taxpayers. Likely the biggest welfare fraud in US history.

Frankly, I'm tired of mass immigration to the USA.  It's getting ridiculous at this point.

The United States should embrace open borders for those seeking entry, as this aligns with our values of inclusivity and opportunity. Disagreeing with unrestricted immigration reflects a mindset that can be seen as discriminatory and exclusionary. Embracing diversity strengthens our nation and enriches our society.

Is your house open everyday so anyone that wants to stay there can?

Do you let homeless people stay with you? maybe let some gang members stay with you?  you know, embrace inclusivity let them use you debit card and car.

Can you help pay some of the unpaid medical bills that didn't get paid by illegal immigrants...

There are different visa's (CW-1. E-1, E-2. L1-A, H-1B, etc) for various programs, but the most used for work are the H-2A visa which is for agriculture and the H-2B which is a non-agriculture visa. Yes, The H-2B visa can be difficult, but it should be has these are technical jobs that Americans like to do!

The H- 2A program is designed to help U.S. employers fill temporary agricultural job gaps, and it is open to foreign nationals from certain countries.

The process requires employers to demonstrate that they cannot find enough domestic workers and that the foreign workers will be paid at a rate not less than the prevailing wage for the job. While the process can be complex and time- consuming, it is not inherently difficult for immigrants seeking temporary agricultural work in the USA.

With the right preparation and adherence to the program's requirements, many foreign workers can successfully navigate the H-2A visa application process

The difficulty of obtaining an H-2B visa in the USA can vary based on individual circumstances and the complexity of the application process. However,

the general process involves several steps, including obtaining a job offer, filing a labor certification application with the Department of Labor, and then filing a petition with USCIS.  The H-2B visa is subject to an annual cap of 66,000 visas, which can make it challenging for some applicants to secure a visa in the year they apply.

Additionally, the process can be complex and may require the assistance of an experienced immigration attorney.

It's downright strange how a discussion about illegal immigration in the US, gets conflated with my personal visa status here in Thailand, which was never in question to begin with. I've always been respectful of immigration laws here and just because I argue in favor of the reason for illegal immigrants to take care of labor shortages in the US does not mean I support illegal immigration in Thailand that discussion is simply bizarre.

After all it's all out there in the public record anyway, if you just care to look. Some prefer not to.

My cousin is an immigration attorney in the US, and I speak to him often about immigration policies and rules, and he has stated repeatedly how difficult it is for a for the average person without highly specialized skills to get a visa to live and work in the US. So though you are very good at quoting, and cutting and pasting policies, you just simply do not know what you're talking about when it comes to current immigration policy for most laborers.

Okay my apologies if I misinterpreted your post, yes I do receive quite a bit of vitriol, it's not easy being moderate or reasonable on this forum these days.

The illegal immigration topic is a very hot topic indeed, and in my opinion it cannot be discussed without a rational discussion of legal immigration and the urgent need to reform the system. America is missing out on the best and the brightest as visas are getting harder and harder to come by, and that is a great detriment to the future of the nation.
