All posts and comments and topics should be a minimum of 100 words in length (average).

 

My average is over 100 words per submission.

 

If I were to post 430 posts in a week, I would need to post 43,000 words, which would ruin my fingers and fingernails.

 

But, as you point out, most of those who post 430 posts in a week cannot come up with justifiable content.

But, they cannot.

 

It is best to just ignore those that post absurd or inane comments.
