Might be an idea to check the details here - I uploaded a pic of my bank account showing on the computer screen, they rejected it causing a 2 week delay. I downloaded the statement and printed it out , then photoed it and uploaded that , which they accepted.

They ask for a statement, so they expect a document titled "Statement", which normally covers a particular period. May seem petty but the devil is always in the detail.

There is no need to physically print, if the download is unusable for some reason, set the printer as "Print to microsoft PDF" , save the file and upload that.
