Should Tim Walz face fraud charges?

Featured Replies

This isn't about Trump. It's about a widescale fraud in in a US state. Yes, the Biden admin investigated.  Wonderful, except the fraud continued, and the Governor of the state who did not take appropriate measures when it was discovered  was nominated to be VP.  The sad reality is that the extent and the. amount of the fraud just keeps growing, and it is becoming obvious that the state officials  did not intervene. Everyone should be upset and infuriated by this. People in need were denied funds because of this fraud. Taxpayers were cheated by this fraud.

Indeed. People who commit fraud should be convicted and sent to jail for their crimes, and not pardoned!

Agree?

Some more on the MAGA "MSM isn't covering this" BS.

Fraud convictions can be difficult, because of the burden of proof and the need to show criminal intent.

Restitution of the stolen items and associated costs should be a priority. Incarceration of some people serves no purpose. However, others such as those who commit medicare, social security, tax and charitable fraud should serve time.  If your intent is to sidetrack to the pardons issued by Trump, don't bother. I don't agree with them. There may have been a compelling case to pardon, but I don't know what it was.

But in the meantime.....

Either your caretaker gave wrong meds or you've taken too many, you rascal you.

Like it or not the jig is up for the Somalia fraudsters.

Hopefully all involved Somali and others, regardless of color will be arrested. I'm sure this goes up the food chain, possibly up as far as Walz.

There's reports of judges being sympathetic towards the fraudsters.

Now, if you can't stay on topic, I look forward to a thread of your own. See ya buddy

Well done. You managed to miss my straight answer (no) to the question!😄

A flame was removed. Please debate the subject politely and refrain from attacking other members. Thank you.

I didn't miss that. It was the last two lines that veered off topic, off course and ended up in the ditch!

I appreciate the effort, Norman, but it won't penetrate the thick MAGA skulls.

The biggest crime the left accuse him and convict him in a kangaroo court was something to do with paying back a loan in full and on time. Wild guess, but if there was a real crime in Trumps past they would have been all over it like white on rice.

There have been dozens upon dozens upon dozens of real crimes in Trump's past and he's gotten away with nearly all of them. Just the bank fraud alone would be enough to put most people away for life. It would require many many paragraphs to list all the crimes that Trump has committed and gotten away with.

Please don't ask me for that very tired "demonstrate what you're saying nonsense", if you had any idea who this guy was you wouldn't not ask for anything.

I appreciate the enormous respect and admiration you must have for me, but I have to admit I did not write the linked article, nor conduct the linked polls.

But thanks anyway!

Well for some people there's at least $50 million reasons for a pardon.

Viral video prompts new scrutiny of alleged fraud, draws quick reaction from Minnesota regulators
The claims of a right-wing influencer are prompting questions about whether fraud has proliferated in a program that was flagged for deficiencies a decade ago.

December 29, 2025 -- Zak Osman is manager of the Minnesota Child Care Center, which Shirley visited last on his video. Osman said the doors are always locked for safety, and the staff was on high alert due to the Trump administration’s actions against Somalis for the past month.

He said they don’t do “walk-in appointments” but there were children inside at the time and their cameras prove it. “You cannot see anyone from outside,” Osman said.

Shirley was there for about 40 seconds before a shift supervisor heard what he was saying and tried to close the door but Shirley was holding onto it, so she had to pull it shut hard.

The classic Scouser one is "calm down, calm down" if memory serves.

Again, you overestimate me. It's flattering though, and if I could in any way be a nightmare for Trump I'd be a really happy person!

In the mean time I will continue calling his crimes and lunacy out.

And continue diverting no doubt.

Unless there is evidence of him taking part in aiding & abetting fraud, he will continue as the

the Gov. of Minn unless voted out.

Mr. Walz a self proclaimed  knucklehead could of helped turned the country as a whole into the image of Minnesota if he & his running mate were elected.

The empire strikes back!  On Monday,  the head of Minnesota's Department of Children, Youth and Families, Commissioner Tikki Brown, spoke directly about the Shirley day care video at a news conference.

Minnesota officials respond to day care fraud viral video: 'No findings of fraud'

(FOX 9) - Minnesota officials revealed Monday the state is taking a second look at several day care centers featured in a now viral YouTube fraud investigation but say past visits and investigations uncovered no hard evidence of fraud.

...

Brown says each of the 10 facilities featured in the YouTube video has been visited at least once by the state over the last six months as part of standard licensing checks. Brown said the previous visits were unannounced and children were present at each of the sites during the checks.

An interesting development ...

The Minnesota Department of Human Services has a Web site where the public can look up child day care centers to check on whether they are licensed and what sort of "inspection record" the facility has.  Here's the message that now pops up when you click on that site (https://licensinglookup.dhs.state.mn.us/default.htm),

I was on that Website Sunday to check a report that one of the centers in the video had received 95 citations for violations during inspections.  I saw many, many violations listed and planned to go back for a second look, but now the site can't be reached.

Should Tim Walz face fraud charges?

Only if Tim Walz was involved in fraudulent activities. He should step down as governor though.

Trump administration tightens US childcare reporting requirements, no funds frozen in Minnesota

- A day after the U.S. deputy secretary of Health and Human Services announced on social media that federal childcare funds for Minnesota were being frozen, a spokesperson for the department said that instead, reporting requirements had been tightened across the country.

Officials in President Donald Trump's administration had singled out Minnesota in social media statements on Tuesday, ramping up what Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, a Democrat, characterized as a political confrontation over immigration and allegations of widespread fraud in social services programs.

TACO!!!

Is this the beginning of a Trump Administration retreat?

It seems like Gov.Tim Walz the self proclaimed knucklehead & former candidate for VP for the far left Dem party is developing a viral presence on some well known social media platforms, news programs together with many mayor's in the State of Minnesota, calling him the Fraud Father. You got to wonder why the scandal never turned up during his run for the second highest office in the USA.
